Pathlight WA Alumni In Person Support Group

This support group takes place every Tuesday at 6:00pm PT and is open to alumni of Pathlight programs looking for support on their mental health journey.

New Locations:

• 1st and 3rd Tuesdays of the month Pathlight Mood & Anxiety Center Seattle
  Location: 1229 Madison Street #500, Seattle, WA 98104
   
• 2nd, 4th, and 5th Tuesdays of the month Pathlight Mood & Anxiety Center Bellevue
  Location: 1231 116th Avenue Northeast Suite 350, Bellevue, WA 98004

The group is a friendly, safe, and supportive place for Pathlight alumni to share information and experiences. You can connect with other people experiencing anxiety and depression and related disorders, ask questions, and learn tools to care for yourself and others. This group is also open to current IOP/VIOP patients as long as it doesn’t interfere with program.

Participation in the groups is in person at our Seattle Pathlight location, and there is no cost to attend. You will receive confirmation with the building address and parking instructions to the email provided during registration.

Participants can attend as often as they would like without pressure to attend group every time. Please note that the group is a supplemental support and is not a replacement for higher levels of care, therapy or medical advice.
