Ashton Grooms is a Texas girl that’s appeared on shows such as the FX Series POSE, L.A.’s finest, and the FOX drama STAR. Throughout her life, she’s learned, first hand, the importance of finding balance. Most importantly, with her mental health and adapting to a healthier lifestyle. She’s has an incredible story of overcoming both life, and career obstacles living as a Transgender woman of color that will leave you inspired with a renewed sense of courage.
