Carol Burtnanck, MS, RDN, LDN

Carol is a Registered Dietitian at Eating Recovery Center based in Chicago, IL. She has been a dietitian for over 10 years with experience in clinical nutrition, including 5 years teaching Medical Nutrition Therapy. Her interest in sports nutrition and eating disorders lead her to ERC. Carol values the opportunity to be alongside clients as they explore their way towards recovery.
