Biography
Elizabeth Stachulski is the Clinical Director of Child & Adolescent Eating Disorder and Mood and Anxiety Residential and Partial Hospitalization Programs at Eating Recovery Center and Pathlight Mood & Anxiety Center in Illinois. She is a licensed clinical professional counselor specializing in the treatment of depression, anxiety, eating disorders, non-suicidal self-injury, and school refusal.
Her clinical focus is utilizing components of Family Based Therapy (FBT) with Emotion Focused Family Therapy (EFFT) to support and empower families. Her training in utilizing Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Radically Open-Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (RODBT) allows her to provide coping strategies to support both the over controlled and under controlled client. In addition, she is focused on utilizing hierarchy-based exposures to decrease avoidance by utilizing the Exposure Response Prevention (ERP) model.
