Hannah Gruenewald is a Registered Dietitian and Clinical Nutrition Manager at Eating Recovery Center in Chicago IL. Her work in the Binge Eating Treatment & Recovery Program (BETR) stems from a HAES-informed lens and centers around a strict anti-diet approach in how we nourish and care for ourselves. Hannah is dedicated to empowering her clients in health and body autonomy as they navigate their recovery journey.
