Heidi McCardell, LPC

Clinical Manager

Heidi has worked in the mental health field for the past 20 years. She has worked at multiple levels of care in different regions of the country including the Rocky Mountain West, East Coast and currently in the Midwest. Her passion in counseling is helping people find their mind-body connection and learning how finding a healthy relationship with their bodies is directly linked to mental wellness and long-term recovery. In her current role as Clinical Manager in the Eating Recovery and Pathlight At Home virtual IOP program at ERC Pathlight, Heidi works to support staff in their work with adults with the full spectrum of eating disorders including ARFID, OSFED, Anorexia, Bulimia, and Binge Eating Disorder.

Heidi lives in the suburbs of Chicago and enjoys ballroom dancing and hiking in the forest preserves near her home.
