Kim Gould Fry is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, an IBBFA-Certified Barre Instructor, a NASM-Certified Personal Trainer, and the Founder and CEO of Autonomy Therapy. Her therapeutic experience has predominantly focused on working with clients who struggle with eating disorders, body image issues, and compulsive exercise. Her passion for physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing--and everything in between--led to the inevitable cultivation of Autonomy Therapy; a collaborative, HAES-informed therapy group committed to supporting clients in the development of authentic, compassionate, and intuitive relationships with their bodies, exercise, and personal definitions of health.

Kim resides in Austin, TX, where she spends the majority of her free time playing with her 2 (very fluffy) cats, cooking new pasta recipes, and watching an abundance of low-budget scary movies.
