Regional Nursing Director

Lara Kenik joined Eating Recovery Center/Pathlight Mood & Anxiety Center (ERCPL) in August 2016 as a full-time overnight nurse. Lara was promoted to nursing management in early 2017 and has continued growing at ERCPL to her current role as Regional Director of Nursing for the Midwest and East Region. 

As Regional Director of Nursing, Lara oversees the region's nursing teammates; promoting safety, monitoring infection control practices, and enhancing growth and development of nursing teammates. Lara's professional interests and successes include standardization and teammate engagement.

Lara received her Bachelor's Degree at the University of Iowa in Human Physiology with a Minor in Psychology. Lara received her Master's degree in Generalist Nursing at Depaul University. She holds nursing licenses in multiple states.
