For those of us in recovery from mental illness, we’ve become very familiar with experiencing loss and navigating grief and mourning. How we pilot situations where we face loss can have large ripple effects in our lives. In this Say It Brave, join Recovery Ambassador Council member, Eric Dorsa and Alumni Family Liaison Samantha Lach, MA, LCPC, as they discuss grief and loss, defining what they are, how to process and cope, and the powerful role of grief in mental health recovery as well as in our lives.
