Every Tuesday of the Month
6:00PM - 7:00PM PST
This support group takes on the 2nd Tuesday of the month at 6pm PT and is open to adult Alumni of Eating Recovery Center Programs and community members looking for support on their eating disorder recovery and mental health journeys.
The group is a friendly, safe, and supportive place for individuals to share information and experiences. You can connect with other people experiencing eating disorders and related issues, ask questions, and learn tools to care for yourself and others.
Participation in the groups is in person at the Bellevue location of ERC and there is no cost to attend. Free parking is provided for up to 2 hours.
Participants can attend as often as they would like without pressure to participate in the group every month. Please note that the group is a supplemental support and is not a replacement for higher levels of care, therapy or medical advice.
We look forward to seeing you there!
