Biography

Danielle Johnson is a professional relations liaison for ERC and Pathlight in the Midwest region. She holds a Bachelor of Sciences degree in Biological Sciences from Hampton University, one of the nation’s leading Historically Black Colleges & Universities. She has served in various leadership, mentorship, and training roles and has been a member of numerous committees to promote cultural inclusivity and diversity. Danielle is one of the co-authors of the book, “It’s Not that Easy…Stop Telling Me to Get Over It”, a collaborative interview style project in which she courageously shared her story of sexual assault in college and her struggles with suicidal ideation and depression from this traumatic event.
