Biography
Dr. Diana Tieger serves as the Clinical Director of Eating Recovery Center Cincinnati, which treats the full spectrum of eating, mood, and anxiety disorders at Intensive Outpatient and Partial Hospitalization levels of care. In her role, she supports the team to deliver compassionate, trauma-informed, evidence-based treatment to all patients and families served. Dr. Tieger first joined ERC in 2016 as a primary therapist at ERC Denver's adult inpatient/residential eating disorder program. Dr. Tieger received her doctorate in clinical psychology from Xavier University in Cincinnati, OH and completed her pre-doctoral internship training at Zucker Hillside Hospital in New York, NY. She completed a post-doctoral fellowship in eating disorders at The Renfrew Center in Philadelphia, PA. Dr. Tieger is passionate about caregiver involvement in treatment and leads multi-family skills groups for support persons of current patients. Dr. Tieger’s special interest areas include treatment of borderline personality disorder and supporting ambivalent or reluctant patients with engagement in treatment.
