Jamie Kelly, LCPC, CEDS-S

Jamie Kelly, LCPC, CEDS-S is the Executive Director for the Upper Midwest, providing operational leadership for North Brook, Oak Brook, and Cincinnati ERC & Pathlight facilities. Jamie has had the privilege of working with patients seeking treatment at higher levels of care for eating, mood and anxiety, and trauma-related disorders for over ten years. She joined ERC & Pathlight (formerly Insight Behavioral Health) in 2015 as a Primary Therapist before stepping into leadership, first as a Clinical Manager, then Clinical Director, and as of October 2023, Executive Director. As a leader, Jamie is passionate about fostering effective, highly functioning teams that work cohesively to provide excellent patient care. She seeks to develop a culture of trust, accountability, communication, and collaboration within her teams to ensure high clinical and operational standards are met as they provide the very best care to ERC & Pathlight patients and their families.
