Ruth Petlicke struggled with anorexia for the majority of her life. After admitting to ERC Chicago in 2016, her life has significantly changed. As a first grade teacher and now a mother of two, Ruth has learned how much recovery has to offer. She is passionate about sharing that there is hope and life beyond an eating disorder. She enjoys speaking to patients about her experience and sharing her journey with all of the ups and downs to provide hope and encouragement.
