How Can I Use My Online Kit?
- Share the fill-in-the-blank recovery letter with your family, friends or neighbors; with whomever you want to share the message of recovery. Invite them to draft a letter of gratitude or reflection, and post pictures on social media using the hashtag #MyRecoveryLetter.
- Put up infographic and signs/symptoms cards at your local gym, doctor’s office or health and wellness office and community center to educate your community about the prevalence and warning signs of eating disorders.
- Use the notecards to write a letter to build a stronger sense of self and stronger relationships with individuals who embody recovery in your life. Give extra cards to whoever you think could benefit from this empowering recovery tool. Get creative with craft supplies and decorate your letters, add color to your notecards and find inspiration to create a mini work-of-art to tag online with #MyRecoveryLetter.
