Legacy ERC Alumni Support Group

This support group takes place the 3rd Monday of the month at 4:30pm CT and is open to alumni of ERC programs looking for support on their mental health journey.

The group is a friendly, safe, and supportive place for ERC alumni to share information and experiences. You can connect with other people, ask questions, and learn tools to care for yourself while on your recovery journey. 

Participation in the groups is in person at our ERC Legacy location, and there is no cost to attend. You will receive confirmation with the building address and parking instructions to the email provided during registration. 

Participants can attend as often as they would like without pressure to attend group every time. Please note that the group is a supplemental support and is not a replacement for higher levels of care, therapy or medical advice. 

Note: You are welcome to still attend up to two of our virtual offerings in addition to this in-person support group.
