Chief Operating Officer

Angie Crawford joins Eating Recovery Center and Pathlight Mood & Anxiety Center with extensive executive level experience holding Chief Executive Officer, Chief Operating Officer, and Chief Nursing Officer roles in the behavioral health and medical industries. Angie has been responsible for overall system operations, clinical quality results and financial performance throughout her career.  Most recently, Angie was CEO at Haven Behavioral Hospital in Frisco, and CNO at Rogers Behavioral Health.

While serving as CNO at Rogers Behavioral Health, Angie collaborated with MSOE Nursing program to create a Post-Masters Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner Certificate and served as executive sponsor in a joint venture with Children’s Hospital of Wisconsin to build a behavioral health outpatient program supporting teens with chronic pain challenges.

Angie graduated from Abilene Christian University with a Bachelor of Science, Texas Tech University with a BSN and then University of Texas Arlington with her MBA.   Angie has two children, a daughter studying to become a physical therapist and a son in the wind energy field.
