Radha Nagireddy, MD, is a psychiatrist at our 101 Schilling location in Baltimore, Maryland. Originally from Wichita, Kansas, Dr. Nagireddy has always been drawn to understanding the human experience, which led her to pursue a career in psychiatry. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Microbiology from the University of Kansas and went on to receive her medical degree from the University of Kansas School of Medicine, where she was honored as a Global Distinction Scholar. She remained at KU for residency, serving in a variety of clinical settings and ultimately taking on the role of VA Chief Resident during her final year.

Dr. Nagireddy is committed to helping individuals navigate mental health challenges through a patient-centered, holistic approach. She has worked in outpatient, inpatient, and residential levels of care and brings experience in both medication management and psychotherapy. She has a particular appreciation for the partial hospitalization model, which allows patients to engage deeply in their recovery while remaining connected to their daily lives. Her research has included published work on substance use and health disparities, and she holds training in ECT, deep TMS (BrainsWay certified), and esketamine administration. Dr. Nagireddy is a member of the American Psychiatric Association and values collaborative, evidence-based care that empowers patients toward lasting well-being.

In addition to her clinical work, Dr. Nagireddy has a vibrant array of personal interests that help her maintain balance and joy—she enjoys strategy board games, rock climbing, tennis, running, traveling, baking, and reading. Her approachable nature, curiosity, and commitment to excellence make her a valued part of the medical team and a compassionate partner in her patients’ journeys to healing.
