Eating Recovery Center Austin - University of Texas

A special location, centered in the heart of Austin, Texas, ERC University of Texas partnered with University of Texas at Austin to bring our nationally recognized eating disorder treatment program specifically to students enrolled at the campus.

Conveniently located in the Student Services Building at the Counseling and Mental Health Center for students, we offer a three-day-a-week Intensive Outpatient Program at multiple hours of the day to help guide students struggling with eating disorders to get on a path to lasting wellness. With a therapist and dietitian on staff, we provide individual care to students as well as in group IOP settings without interrupting their classes, campus activities and social life.

Life at Eating Recovery Center Austin - University of Texas

The pressures of academics and college life can contribute to many students experiencing unhealthy thoughts about their weight, body and relationships with food. Now students don’t have to put their lives on hold to find light at the end of this struggle.

Eating Recovery Center (ERC), has partnered with University of Texas at Austin to bring our nationally recognized eating disorder treatment program to students enrolled at the University of Texas at Austin campus. Our Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) can help students struggling with eating disorders get on a path to lasting recovery that will teach them how to manage all aspects of their life in a healthy way. They can get the help they need to start feeling better and find their way to wellness, without interrupting their classes, campus activities and social life.

Insurances accepted change frequently. If you do not see your insurance carrier here, please ask us. Our insurance and financial specialists will provide a free benefits check. Our team will work tirelessly on your behalf to make treatment possible.

Centrally located for Austin and surrounding areas, Eating Recovery Center’s Austin treatment center provides a peaceful therapeutic environment in which to help individuals better understand themselves and their bodies and move toward eating disorder recovery.
