Aftercare & Wellness Planning Presentation

Stay the Course: Practical Steps to Support.

Your loved one has moved through higher level of care (HLOC), and they are transitioning back to life outside of treatment. As a caregiver, you play a vital role in helping your loved one move through recovery. We want to make sure you have the practical tools to help everyone carry on. Join us for the Stay the Course: Practical Steps to Support presentation to help identify ways that you can offer ongoing help and encouragement.

During our time together, you’ll learn more about:

  • What to prepare and plan for when returning to life outside of HLOC
  • Ways to establish structure and routine that supports recovery
  • How to strengthen your communication skills between you and your loved one
  • Ways to build up resilience and hold on to hope

The Stay the Course: Practical Steps to Support presentation will be facilitated via Zoom, to allow for flexibility from the comfort of your own home or office.
