ERC Oak Brook is a safe and calm location in a family-friendly neighborhood offering Partial Hospitalization and Intensive Outpatient treatment for adults, adolescents, and children suffering from eating disorders, and adults specifically with Binge Eating Disorder.

Informed, inclusive, and with the expertise to treat all conditions, no matter how complex, we offer a compassionate environment to light the path for patients towards interrupting maladaptive thoughts and behaviors to live a better and more fruitful life.

Life at Eating Recovery Center Oak Brook

Accredited by the Joint Commission, Eating Recovery Center operates numerous treatment centers in the Chicago area including downtown Chicago, Northbrook, Evanston, Oak Park and Oak Brook.

They are also a teaching affiliate of Northwestern University Medical School and Rush University Medical School. Additionally, ERC Illinois and the University of Chicago’s Eating Disorder Program, led by Daniel LeGrange, have teamed up to study new options for adolescent patients with anorexia nervosa who do not respond to current treatment protocols.

Our Eating Recovery Center Concierge Services Representative is available to assist you with a wide variety of needs before and during treatment, including travel arrangements, booking accommodations and help locating local services, such as shopping, dining and much more.

    Treatment for Children and Adolescents

    For all adolescent and children programs, we employ teachers on staff and in the facility that will help with tutoring and coordinating with children and adolescent schools so that treatment does not hinder their ability to move forward in education.

    Eating Recovery Center knows that lasting recovery isn’t just an individual journey. We offer resources and events for the patient’s friends, family, and caregivers, so they can offer effective support during and after treatment.

Insurances accepted change frequently. If you do not see your insurance carrier here, please ask us. The Eating Recovery Center’s insurance and financial specialists will provide a free benefits check. Our team will work tirelessly on your behalf to make treatment possible.

Located in the Chicago area, Eating Recovery Center Oak Brook specializes in Residential, Partial Hospitalization, Intensive Outpatient and Outpatient treatment for children, adolescents and adults struggling with an eating disorder or related conditions.
