We’ve been helping patients recover for nearly two decades
When eating struggles take over daily life, it's hard to know what’s serious, what will help, or where to start. Many families start out overwhelmed but end up feeling a weight lifted off their shoulders when talking to our team about their options. We’re on your side.
At Eating Recovery Center (ERC) Oak Brook, we provide evidence-based eating disorder treatment for children, teens, and adults, including the nation’s most specialized program for avoidant/restrictive food intake disorder (ARFID).

You're not meant to go through this alone
This is what healing looks like.
Mealtimes are a struggle for you and your family, and you suspect it’s more than just “picky eating.” We’re here to help. As the nation’s most specialized program for avoidant/restrictive food intake disorder (ARFID), we support children and teens in building lifelong habits that help them feel more confident around food.
Eating disorder treatment shouldn’t mean falling behind in school. With on-site education support, we help children and teens stay connected to their coursework while they focus on healing. Our team coordinates with schools so learning continues alongside recovery.
With guided meal outings and real-world food experiences, patients practice skills in supportive, everyday settings to build confidence around food.
Eating disorders don’t take weekends off, and neither do we. Our 7-day partial hospitalization program provides steady structure and support all week long.
