We’ve been helping patients recover for nearly two decades
When eating struggles take over daily life, it's hard to know what’s serious, what will help, or where to start. Many families start out overwhelmed but end up feeling a weight lifted off their shoulders when talking to our team about their options. We’re on your side.
At ERC Baltimore, we provide evidence-based eating disorder treatment for children, teens, and adults, including the nation’s most specialized program for avoidant/restrictive food intake disorder (ARFID) right down the street at our 55 Schillings location.

We’ve supported thousands of families in lasting recovery
This is what healing looks like.
Mealtimes are a struggle for you and your family, and you suspect it’s more than just “picky eating.” We’re here to help. Children and adolescents enrolled in IOP may attend specialized ARFID programming at 55 Schilling, located directly across the street.
We don’t expect you to do this alone. Families play an important role in their loved one’s routines and recovery. Through family therapy, we equip caregivers with the tools and support they need to continue progress when their loved one returns home.
We understand that for your child, it can be overwhelming to imagine them anywhere other than under your roof. To make this transition simpler, we coordinate with families and caregivers with accessible nearby housing options, like the Residence Inn across the street and Ronald McDonald House, so you’re never too far away.
Our team coordinates with local hospitals to ensure patients have access to emergency medical care if needed. This allows care to continue with appropriate monitoring and medical oversight.

I want to send a message of hope to anyone reading this or needing help
“To anyone reading this. . . You already know how devastating it is to have your child experience this. My 12-year-old daughter stayed for more than 60 days at the residential program Hunt Valley.. Never had stayed with anyone other than family. ERC helped my family through some of the darkest times We've experienced. Today my daughter is healthy and successful. I want to send a message of hope to anyone reading this or needing help. It was a long road to ERC and a long road after but things can get better.”
